POSITION SUMMARY o Ensures that high level patient care and communication occur to meet and exceed hospital Pillar/Strategic goals.
o Responsible for promoting and maintaining quality patient care through effective management of the activities of the total patient care services during his/her shift.
o Responsibilities require knowledge of Hospital and Nursing policies and procedures allowing independent judgment in their interpretation.
o Provides managerial and clinical links between nursing staff on duty and the department manager and department direction in their absence.
o In the absence of the Administrator and/or their designee, the House Supervisor has the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions and appropriate notification of the Administrator-on-Call.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS o Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
o Bachelor's degree is preferred.
o Current WV registered nursing license.
o Must possess BLS, ACLS and PALS certification within probationary period.
-+ Preferred certifications + TNCC EXPERIENCE Three (3) years of nursing experience which includes medical/surgery, telemetry, and critical care required.
One (1) year of previous management experience preferred.

$37 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
